Lily will lead tactical innovation efforts for Bridge, and its newest division, CONNECT
Bridge Medical Communications is thrilled to welcome Lily McNeil to the leadership team as VP of Tactical Innovation. In this role, Lily will lead the company’s innovation efforts to continue to provide clients with first-class medical communications, ultimately ensuring better health outcomes.
Lily joins Bridge from GSW Advertising, where she served as the VP of Integrated Marketing. In this role, Lily was responsible for integrating digital services to deliver a holistic and unified experience centred around the customer. Before GSW, Lily led the medical communications for a variety of U.S. and global clients, as VP Group Account Director at INVIVO Communications. This included a wide range of initiatives, from interactive strategy workshops and multi-channel digital campaigns to app development, data visualizations, and the incorporation of immersive technologies like augmented and virtual reality.
Lily brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare communications to the Bridge team, and an educational background in neuropharmacology and liberal arts. Motivated by her interests in creative thinking and science, she is driven to facilitate strategic solutions that are innovative, successful and human-centred.

Lily is an avid skier, paddleboarder, basketball fan (and player), and runner – which comes in handy as she spends most weekends trying to keep up with her 7-year old son.
